Renal Dialysis Service

Dialysis has been available at NHW since December 1993 when it began with one patient. The dialysis service has expanded over the years to meet community demands for the service. Over this time period the service has expanded from 3 to 6 days a week. The service now cares for 14 regular patients, plus usually one or two 'holiday' dialysis patients each month. Recently, the unit has commenced new patients for the smaller units at Myrtleford and Yarrawonga.
