We understand that it is not always possible to make a gift right now. That is why we encourage you, after meeting the needs of your family, to remember Northeast Health Wangaratta in your Will.

Making a gift through your Will means that you can make an important contribution in the future without affecting your current circumstances. It is preferable that bequests are earmarked for general use, as areas of need change constantly. However, if you wish, your bequest can be used for a specific purpose.

Your bequest to Northeast Health Wangaratta, no matter how small, will make a difference. If you wish to make a bequest, you can use the following wording as a guide. Alternatively, you can seek assistance from your solicitor or accountant for guidance.

'I __________________give, devise, bequeath ________% of my Estate or the residue of my Estate or the sum of $_________ to Northeast Health Wangaratta (Previously Wangaratta District Base Hospital) for it's general purpose, free of all duties. I declare that the receipt of the Chief Executive Officer or Proper Officer of the organisation shall be full and sufficient discharge to my Executors.'

If you would like to receive more detailed information about leaving a bequest or would like to arrange a confidential meeting to discuss your options, please contact the Community Relations Department on (03) 5722 0448 or email: CommunityRelations@nhw.hume.org.au.
