This will assist you to address the key selection criteria when preparing your application.
The guidelines below have been designed to assist you with your application.
You will need to apply in writing for the position. A good application gives you the opportunity to show why you believe you are the best person for the job and how your knowledge, skills and experience meet the selection criteria.
Your application MUST include the following:
- A letter of introduction with your full name, address and contact details, job title and job number as listed in the advertisement and addressing the key selection criteria.
- A copy of your current curriculum vitae including qualifications, professional affiliations, registrations, employment history, a copy of your driver's license and the names and contact details of at least three current/recent professional referees.
- Certified copies of any qualifications and additional supporting documentation.
- A completed and signed NHW Application for Employment Form - see attached form

If you intend to apply for more than one position, a complete application should be submitted separately for each position. Please note that applications must be submitted by 5pm on the closing date listed in the advertisement.
