Quality of Care Reports

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) officially launched its seventh Quality of Care Report to the community at the organisation’s Annual General Meeting on 16th November 2011.  The report aims to provide easy to read information about the quality and safety of patient care at NHW including topics such as:

• Preventing falls and pressure ulcers
• Infection Prevention and Control
• How we monitor the quality and safety of our services
• Innovations
• Acute, Community, Aged and Mental Health services

Collation of the Quality of Care Report is the combined effort of a large number of NHW staff and the Community Advisory Committee.

A more traditional Annual report that includes audited financial statements, staffing and statistics is also available.
